Wow! Well done you! Keep up the hard work!

I just started back at the gym after finding out that I've managed to lose 7cm in height in the last 20 years. :( All thanks to being very overweight and it compressing my spine.

I can take being overweight, but SHORT!? Screw that!

Read my post again. I just started back at the gym, so I *am* doing something about it. It's gonna be a long haul, but I *will* get back to a sensible weight. I'll be damned if I'm going to let myself get any shorter! For some reason, I find it WAY more unacceptable than being fat. Go figure! :/ But let's not digress from the OP's thread. ;)

Great progress mate. It takes some will power to get that type of results in just less than a year. Now try complementing the bike exercise with some weights, abdominals and pushups.

Oh and...: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LASIK
Extreme make over. :D

Midget. :p

OK, how would you like it if, in 20 years from now, you were 5'2"? ;) I used to be 5'10"! Now I'm down to 5'7"

Great loss. Keep up with the bike.

I re-started my weight workouts this week after some months of laziness.

Congrats! Make sure you stay on top of it, since it's easy to gain it all back.
