Surface Pro 7 and 7+ users can head to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update to download the latest firmware updates. Do note that Microsoft seeds firmware updates in batches so you may not see the new updates right away. Alternatively, you can manually download and install the latest firmware and driver package from here. The latest updates are available for users running Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version 1903) or newer. You can view the update history page for the Surface Pro 7 here and the Pro 7+ here.

The Surface Pro 7 and the 7+ feature Intel's 10th Gen and 11th Gen chip respectively, and are compatible with Windows 11 according to Microsoft's official CPU compatibility list. The two devices also fulfill the TPM criteria as they respectively carry the necessary fTPM and TPM 2.0 chip. Interestingly, we did learn yesterday that the TPM requirement could also be removed under certain "special" cases.
