A new rumor claims that Human Head Studios has not been developing the first person shooter Prey 2 for several months due to a contract dispute with publisher Bethesda Softworks.
Bethesda Softworks has now said the upcoming first person shooter Prey 2 has not been cancelled but also won't be released in 2012. The company won't comment on if Human Head is still making the game.
Human Head Studios gave QuakeCon 2011 attendees a quick glimpse at Prey 2, the upcoming sequel to its sci-fi first person shooter.
