Neowin's Google News Feed Is Updating Much Slower Than Apple News

I just started using Google News app for iOS recently. I noticed this morning (7:30am PST)  that some of the newest articles from today (i.e. "Microsoft To-Do") are on Apple News' neowin feed, but not Google News

 

What's with the discrepancy?
