Yep you can use the smtp anaywere you want. aslong as you have the lgoin details. also email is like this:

yep only we can change it, but maybe we could see about a subs forum whitelist/blacklist thread? i'd need to talk to the other admins first. but maybe that would be the best way forward?

Is there anyway also that the spam will go directly to the trash without having to view it first? The problem is....I have always use the POP3 server..and everytime it's always download the messages ;) .

Well, I can try to put the rules on the word SPAM :happy: ..but...it will still download the message...right :huh: ?

yeh it would still download them, the problem with spam box is that if you get a false-negitive you wouldn't be able to recover it. so it would be lost as spam forever :no:

The server was down about 3 hours or so. I also experienced the same message today. the IMAP also didnt work. Everything works now :D
