There's actually three Computers here. My Desktop which is a custom built Core i7 machine which is connected to the middle and right screen, my Alienware M11x which is connected to the left screen (Both controlled from the Desktop using Synergy) and finally my MacBook.

Same her, runs just fine on my computer. That said it also runs fine on my iPad so as far as I'm concerned Chrome should not be lagging on any computer capable to run Windows 7 (so not any any netbooks). @remixedcat and IflashI Just out of curiosity how do IE and Firefox perform?

Chrome lags a bit here when a picture comes up, Firefox lags a bit less, but IE 9 has absolutely no problems.

      On the one hand, it shouldn't be difficult. You buy a computer, you decide what OS you want, which browser etc. Simple enough. But that's the techie side of things. My sister, my mother, wouldn't bother with such a thought. And I'm pretty sure that if you presented a window asking them what to pick they would say, "I don't care! I just want to access my Email!"

      Everyone behaves like Internet Explorer just never happened and Edge is whole new thing all while Microsoft is pulling the exact same ###### it did back then. Sigh.
