Most of my time this weekend has been taken up watching the games.

Just finished watching a disappointing display by Ireland against the USA , ok the conditional were bad, but they should have wrapped the game in the first half.

Australia took their time, but once they broke the lines they were off and running.

As for England, OMG that was an awful display, also read that Scotland didn't play too well, but looking at the score they seemed to have faired better.

My money is still on the All Blacks, if they can just hold it together, they didn't have a great Tri-Nations results, but that might be enough to motivate them to do better.

Would honestly love to see Scotland win, but can't see it, they just don't have that killer instinct to get over the game line.

 Wales should have won!

That penalty went over, or at least should have been sent to the TMO.

Guess we'll get Australia now...(assuming we go through ).

Talksport commentary is rather good too.

I have to admit as the kick was taken I also thought that it was over but once I looked at it again the ball missed the upright and then it swung in so when it was viewed from the goal kickers side it did look like it was over.

I've had this argument over and over, we have the technology in sport USE IT! Cricket is slowly getting it right, rugby is also using it but not enough! Football is the worst and really should start using it as I think of all the sports Football perhaps needs it the most, especially as regards the offside rule!

That all said, Wales had plenty of opportunity to win this game and did not take it! At least one penalty and the drop goal attempt should have been taken!

As far as I am concerned we took our opportunities and won the game. SA vs Wales: Played: 27: SA Won: 25 Drawn: 1 Lost: 1 History speaks for itself old chap! Tough luck and better luck next time.

Edit: The first time the two sides met was over one hundred years ago!

Well after what I said previously and NZ being more than a converted try in front, I can't really see Argentina making a come back in these last 18 minutes, unfortunately.

EDIT: And definitely no way back in it now after that try.

Looks like we have Wales vs. France and Australia vs. New Zealand to look forward to next weekend.

Two good matches today.

Felt sorry for SA, they just couldn't hold back the Australians, they got some very lucky breaks.

If the All Blacks play the same way next weekend they will get booted off the park. they really need to step up their game.

Hat's off to Argentina they held their defensive lines well at the end of the day the All Blacks just had enough in the tank.

Wouldn't like to call the final now, both France and Wales are on top form, that's going to be an epic match, depending on which France turn up. :shifty:

Just finished catching up with this weekends games... and wow, I feel sorry for Wales. If it had only of been a yellow card (which it should have) then I think we would of been in for a very different game. Also I thought that Jones could have gone for another drop goal attempt towards the end when they were right on the edge of the 22, but for one reason or another they didn't bother.

Solid display from NZ, will be very surprised if France manage to beat them.

    • Hello, From looking at the screen shots in your motherboard's manual at https://endownload.colorful.cn/EnDownload/MotherBroard/2022/Intel 600/Manual/Intel 600 Series BIOS English/Intel 600 Series BIOS User Guide.pdf, you go to the ADVANCED option at the top of the BIOS (UEFI) menu, then select SECURITY in the list of options on the left.  From there  you can enable and set the Secure Boot mode. • Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 is getting a simultaneous release across PC and all consoles by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Square Enix showed up to the Summer Game Fest presentation today with multiple trailers showing off its next chapter in the Final Fantasy VII Remake saga. The final chapter of this trilogy now has an official name too, with it being dubbed Final Fantasy VII Revelation, following up Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth from recent years. Vincent Valentine, Cid, Cloud, Barret, Tifa, and more showed up in the trailers as they battle against enemies, or 'Weapons,' from the final chapter. "As the world teeters on the brink of annihilation, the final battle against Sephiroth begins," says the trailer description. "A meteor mars the sky, monstrous planetary guardians wreak havoc across the globe, and the fires of war rage. Now, Cloud and his companions must stand against this chaos to not only decide the planet's fate, but bring a legendary conflict to its conclusion." Following the reveal trailer, the show also dropped some gameplay footage that shows off a new way to travel across the open world using the Highwind airship. Players will be able to swap characters on during battles, use tactical mode to synchronize with allies, and summon their entities. Cid Highwind and Vincent Valentine are joining the party this time too. “FINAL FANTASY VII, first released in 1997, has been beloved by fans for many years and has since become a “legend” in its own right," added producer Yoshinori Kitase. "The FINAL FANTASY VII Remake Series that began in 2020 with everyone’s passionate support is finally reaching its climactic finale with FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION. The story’s final destination represents my emotions spanning thirty years working on this title" One of the biggest revelations of this announcement, however, was the multiplatform release confirmation from the get-go. Square Enix will be releasing Final Fantasy VII Revelation across PC, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 in Spring 2027 without any timed exclusivity programs.
    • Hello, Having a simple utility to allow Microsoft's customers to configure the context menu, with a few options like showing the current menu, showing a proposed menu/alternate configurations, loading and saving the settings, and a "reset to default" option would have solved this. Let Microsoft provide a recommended default look-and-feel, maybe a couple alternative configurations, like a basic/simplified version of that, and a more advanced version for that, and that would have been very well-received, I think. Microsoft could even had offered a library of different configurations, similar to what they have done in the past for Windows Media Player skins, Themes, and desktop wallpaper. • No Steam release. It's gonna fail on PC. Even an Epic Online engineer said that people go there for the free stuff and then immediately go back to Steam.
    • Nice. Admittedly, his other games never interested me, but this seems pretty cool.
