Workstations Thread: Quarterly or Yearly?

With the last couple of occurances as examples, the workstations thread has lacked in updates for each quarter, and this time especially, and I haven't done it since I haven't found a staff member online at the time to organise updating etc. I would have sorted the next thread if it wasn't for this, and the fact that I've been busy with life generally to get around to regularly checking for staff who are available.

Since the current thread is flowing well as is, should we keep it to quarterly or make it a year long thread?

In terms of contributing to my own thread, the reasons for posting this are already listed in the OP, but mainly, this is probably the most sensible option since it doesn't actually need renewing every quarter, and can just sit as is for the duration of the year.

At the moment, it mostly tends to be in favour of yearly.

Yearly would be better. In the thread currently people repost their workstation over and over. I've seen the same bedroom posted about 8 times with only very minor changes (if any changes at all) having it yearly would stop those reposts and guarantee only new content.

I think yearly is fine, if you are updating your system more frequently than that just post again :p
