is ur windows up to date? i u have a hacked explorer.exe (assuming it teh latest version) and dont have the update that adds acess & defaults that wil lhappen. get tha update and replace the hacked epxlorere.exe again if u have it.

I think that problem is all about fonts, olive version uses "Lucida grande" and blue version uses "Tahoma" so change olive version fonts to tahoma then the problem you have will be solved ;)
