When opening this topic I was expecting a much more ill/fat/disgusting person than the image I got. She looks alright, although somewhat sick from what I can tell.

As others have said it's probably a bit fabricated as by only eating chicken nuggets for 15 years you would be so incredibly lacking in vital components of a diet that you would be a complete mess
