Thats or used to be the goalie for the Colombian soccer team, and the first time he pulled that was during an exibtion match against England (cant remember if in Colombia or England though). This was also back in....94? It was before one of the worldcups, so either 89-90, or 93-94.

The move is still pretty cool, but nothing new.
