Firefox Tab Issue

So I have been using Tabs Mix Plus for a long time, and it's great. I have it set so that if I close a tab it goes back to the last open tab.

The issue is that since Firefox got the App Tabs, it does not work with them. So if I selected an App Tab and opened a link, and then closed it, it will go back to the last selected tab that isn't an App Tab.

Is there anyway I can get it to work with it, a setting I am missing, an extension I can use, etc? I actually used an extension or two long time ago before App Tabs that would make all or some of the open tabs only show the favicon, same idea. I can't seem to find any that do this anymore. If there is still one I would be willing to use that instead of App Tabs, because I remember it did work with those.

If it matters, I am on Firefox 11 beta 2.

Well I would, but I can't even remember what I used to use. It was quite awhile ago.

You have three options:

1. Install the latest completed version (v0.3.8.4)

2. Go to the Tab Mix Plus website (http://tmp.garyr.net/) and install the latest dev build (basically a beta version)

3. Go to the Tab Mix Plus website and post your problem in the forum
