Those toolbar bitmaps are in the shell32.dll file, Bitmaps #204-228. mojomonkee didn't replace these bitmaps, hence the toolbar icons are not changed. You can either create your own toolbar bitmaps with the Orbital icons and replace them in the shell32.dll, or use Y'z Toolbar and get the Orbital Y'z Toolbar theme from here.
