What no crust, dough or shape options??!!

What I like on a pizza often depends on what kind it is.

One of my favourites is something like a goats cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on a nice thin crisp stone baked base.

Don't go getting the idea that I am some vegetarian from that though. Slightly thicker and it is peperoni all the way.

A place I go to does a great one with a fried egg in the middle. They crack it on just before they pop it in the oven (I know technically it is baked but it looks like a fried one). Delicious.

Italian style. Extra thin & cripsy, and only blobs of proper mozzarella on a tomato covered base. Not "cover the whole thing in cheese". Followed up with herbs, spices and pepper on top, with tasty, premium ingredients.

(PIzza Express Romana bases pizzas FTW, none of this deep pan or cheap pizza hut / papa johns / dominos ingredients :p)

Here in New Jersey, we have what is known as the classic "Bar Pie."

It is super thin crust pizza, and what truly matters is it has great cheese and great tomato sauce. And since both of those ingredients usually come from Northern New Jersey, home of The Sopranos, they are the real deal true authentic Italian ingredients.

I really hate to be a snob about it, but it is very much the truth from my experience, the only real pizza I have had in the states is on the East Coast, specifically New York and New Jersey.

Considering the first place Pizza was introduced in the US was by Italian immigrants in New York, I do not think my statement is all that crazy. I have traveled a decent amount in my older years, and pizza just is not pizza like it is here.

Stuffed crust (Pizza Hut)! All pepperoni is my fave.

I like thin crist, and the all-meat one (pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and hamburger) too.

Classic tomato sauce, mozzarella, various toppings.

The poll is flawed: It lists pineapple as a potential topping. This is blasphemous.

Pineapple does not belong on pizza. Ever.

Ever hear of Hawaiian pizza ? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaiian_pizza

It's better than you would think.
