gaming Aion free-to-play update hits April 11

Okay, which side should I be on? Asmo or Ely? also, what class are you? I'd prefer to be either a Tank or Healer. I'm not sure how dedicated you are, and I can't dedicate much.. but be nice to have a decent group.

Yeah, I'm not super dedicated this time around. Last time I played Aion, I was addicted for an entire summer. Now I just play in short spurts, since I actually have a job / life these days, lol. I'm an Elyos Mage. Sorc is the easiest class for me to play. Healer was too much pressure to do your job correctly. Tank was decent. I'm only level 12 so far.

I think i'll give this game a shot. I'm pretty burned out on the WoW formula, but I need something to hold me over until D3 and GW2 :p

I would prefer to go Asmodians since I have never played the game passed level 8 honestly. I usually play mages in every other MMO I played, but I made a Priest the other day when I installed Aion and really like it. Don't know if I will be a full time healer or DPS priest though.

Who is going to take care of starting the guild? Someone who knows how to play this game I assume? lol

OH HOLY Cow this game has player housing now!? So its like Asheron's Call. Thats cool. They just added that with the 3.0 patch.

I know what you mean.. My free time consists of maybe 1-2 hours a night, little bit more during the weekends. With a job, a son, etc time is slim to none.

I don't think those restrictions are in place for the US servers.

Quests got boring really fast, it's actually faster to grind mobs to level up if you can tolerate it. I joined a guild hoping we can do some exp'ing but nobody wants to do anything except talk about anime and other games... lol :rofl:

oh, I nearly forgot I had an Aion aaccount. My brother wanted me to start playing with him but somehow I didn't really get involved. I think I'm going to give it a second chance.

i had a 32 summoner

everytime i try and recovery the password it asked for my birthday date .... i enter is and im told i entered my info wrong O_o

I had the same issue Spork, and contacted support about it.. Its been over a week and they still haven't fixed the issue

I got to Sanctum finally, and I found it very confusing at first so I haven't played in a week or so. But I'm still going to be playing it off and on.

I'm still playing and will probably continue to do so until GW2 is released. Or until I get bored of it again. Or I get to frustrated with it's rng and rage quit it. Or whichever one of those happens first.
