Where is the Hybrid Boot option please?

Right click Start corner, choose Power Options, then choose Change plan settings for the plan you want to change.

Next Choose Change advanced power settings. Open the Sleep item and you'll find Allow Hybrid Sleep. Change this to Off.

If you use multiple power plans you'll need to repeat this for each plan.
