No. I'm personally OK with people acting in porn, but it would interfer with my professional life, and the footage could stay around for a very long time. In porn, you don't own the rights to the photos of you and they could be used however they wish, for as long as you live. Due to the nature of porn and your own social life, it's at least as much about how others will react, as how you will feel about it. You can take the role of a "I don't care"-guy and "I'm strong, and don't need others", but no... This would interfer too much especially with my professional life that it wouldn't be worth it. Viagra is common in this industry as well as e.g. penis pumps, and as for "on demand", scenes are cut together. The scene where they guy finishes is inserted exactly where it needs to be.
