Hi everybody,

I plan to buy a Galaxy Nexus from Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-I9250-Galaxy-Nexus-Unlocked/dp/B005ZEF01A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1333653664&sr=8-1. I just wanted to ask if it is safe to buy from them and are they sending really new ones? I'm afraid I might receive a refurb or a broken one...

Thanks

Hi everybody,

I plan to buy a Galaxy Nexus from Amazon here: http://www.amazon.co...3653664&sr=8-1. I just wanted to ask if it is safe to buy from them and are they sending really new ones? I'm afraid I might receive a refurb or a broken one...

Thanks

buy it from official google store https://play.google.com/store/devices/details?id=galaxy_nexus_hspa

for $399 + tax & shipping and I am sure total is less than the price at amazon.

I wanted to buy directly from the Play Store but sadly I'm not in the US :(

Oh, that makes sense. Well yeah, Amazon should be entirely trustworthy to buy from in my opinion. If it was a refurbished or used unit, it would definitely say that on the listing.

Ok, I see. I'll get it from Amazon then.

Thanks for all your replies guys. I'm excited to have an Android phone soon :D

Oh yea, just look at the page....

Looks like the company Global Mobiles is storing these phones at Amazon's warehouse. (look where it says Fulfilled by Amazon) So when you place the order, Amazon will ship it out to you and Amazon guarantees delivery and will warranty anything for a certain amount of time.

When buying from a dealer on Amazon rather than Amazon itself, try looking at the feedback. This company has 94% positive with over 12,000 ratings, so whilst they're not the best I've seen, they appear to be trustworthy.

Also as somebody said above, "fulfilled by Amazon" means that Amazon will guarantee the item.

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 changelog: Uses electron 42.5.0 #2452 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.6.
