Lots of conservatives have (had) the same reaction with whites marrying blacks. Conservatives are obsessed with what they think is morally wrong with other people and completely oblivious about themselves.

You must be talking about the Southern Democrats like Al Gore, Sr. who voted against civil rights.

Morals are learned behaviors.

I am not against gay marriage. But I am disgusted by the thought of gay sex. I don't give a **** what people do with their lives but the thought of it bothers me.

Where did I 'learn' my morals ?

I simply go by what feels right or wrong to me, in a given situation.

And how do you know just what two gay people do together in private ?

Some people are disgusted by any sex.

Some gays may just be hugging & kissing, once in a while.

And since you don't have to have sex with a gay (or even a straight) person, why worry about what others do ? ;)
