Just a friendly suggestions to make sure this does happen if you really want it to.

One person needs to take the lead and be in charge of the event. Do not leave it open to suggestions. Set where it will definitely be. If not, it will never get done.

Good luck, but if someone does not do the above, and do it soon, going to be a thread full of nothing but people saying what they prefer it to be.

up in Scotland that might be interested in attending? They'll have to travel 400-500 miles or more to get there!
