Houston woman causes car wreck, gets naked and eats ice cream

Recommended Posts

KPRC TV in Houston broke the story about a woman who started acting really weird after running into a Metro bus near downtown.

According to Houston police, 34-year-old Stephanie Dillard ran into a bus on Friday. Dillard?s children, ages 5, 12 and 16 were in the car and suffered injuries. But instead of coming to the aid of her children, Dillard walked away from the scene and into a CVS drug store, where she promptly took off her clothes and started eating ice cream out of the freezer. She didn?t pay for the ice cream either!

Cops don?t know if Dillard was drunk or on drugs and they have no idea why she got naked. Bath salts perhaps? Dillard put up a fight and several officers struggled to cuff the naked woman.

Dillard was charged with child endangerment and her kids were turned over to their grandmother.

I blame bath salts

Unfortunately that's the typical "go-to" response now, regardless of whether there is any evidence for it. There are countless psychological and medical conditions that would account for her behaviour yet the media and law enforcement agencies would rather tarnish her name with the connotation she's a drug user. Don't get me wrong, if she's a drug user then it should rightly be reported but it's completely irresponsible - verging on malicious - to make such an accusation without evidence.

What's this "i blame the bath salts" thing Im reading all over the internet?

Guessing it's related to this: http://www.urbandict...term=bath+salts a legal high.

I've only recently hearing this too, so I'm not sure.

Edit: And don't look it up on Encyclopedia Dramatica whatever you do :|

Refers to a designer drug known as mephedrone (4-methylmethcathinone) or its many derivatives, all hallucinogenic stimulants that have caused psychotic, even cannibalistic, behaviors. Very nasty stuff and totally unpredictable..

    • I'm still rocking iOS 25.x on my primary phone cuz iOS 26 still has usability quirks (mostly aesthetic and thus its UX) which I don't wanna deal with -- and I've been piloting them with all of these updates on my backup phone, so I'm well aware of its "improvements" since iOS 26 was first released (compared to version 26.5.x).
