Attached is my second design with NEOWIN.NET tag only and another on with the slogan(Where unprofessional journalism looks better) too :)

Both resized to 800 x 800 px cause it exceeded 2 MB. No issues about it.

I think it'd be better if NEOWIN.NET was at the bottom (not upside down), and their "slogan" or tagline was left going around the top, resembling how text is commonly displayed on coins and such. Just my 2 cents though. :)
