How to access my partitions?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I have always wanted to try Ubuntu and I used the Windows installer option and installed it on my second partition. My question is how do I access both of my partitions so I can see all my files (Music, Pictures, Documents, etc)? I have a 320gb drive partitioned to 100gb for Windows and the remainder for my files.

Access Windows from Ubuntu or the other way around ?

From Ubuntu

Click on the left sidebar Home folder > Click the file-system icon for the Windows partition > find files you want

If you are running it from Wubi, its something like /etc/host/ > all windows folders are in here (iirc)
