Wake up multiple times a night

Some other suggestions:

- Avoid eating too late (i.e. after 8pm), and try to eat a light dinner with food that is easily digested (not meat).

- Try to reduce your exposure to stress at work/home.

- Practise meditation in the evening to calm your mind.

- Avoid watching too much TV, use a computer, listen to loud music, or do activities that stimulate your mind immediately before going to bed.

- Go for a gentle 5-10 minute walk before bed.

- Drink camomile tea in the evening.

I used to have similar problem with sleep plus headaches. Went to docs, they were not able to cure it or tell me what or why it is happening. I ended up doing something which is very unhealthy but kept the pain in check.
