Anyone else find the Dempsey situation frustrating? I follow Liverpool, though not as closley as I'd like to if I had the time. I was a Revolution fan when Dempsey was about the only thing they had going for them and would love to root for him again.

I am surprised there is no news on that at all, seems Liverpool are going for Yossi Benayoun now

Arsenal showed the world how football is played to a great standard.

I think people should realise that the poll is wrong.

Arsenal have been in the top division in England for the past 100 years and do not get relegated.

Arsenal upto 8th and next game v's Southampton at home.

you do realise people are just stupid idiots who think its funny to rig the poll by voting for the popular teams...the poll means nothing :p

Proud Gooner today, Southampton were very unlucky!

Gooner? That is the hooligan branch of Arsenal.

Like, ICF, Yids, Gooners etc.

Not heard people reffering to themselves as 'Gooners' for 20 years now.

I was so hoping Saints won today and to come away with nothing is sickening.

While we probably have one of the hardest starts to the season in terms of games, i think it is promising how well we played in periods of the game against Man U and Man City. When we got the second today, it looked like we could get a third.

Puncheon was immense for us today.

  • 2 weeks later...

I am not happy Arsenal conceded a goal.

Wojciech Szczeny is butterz fingers!

I prefer Vito Mannone anyway.

Fabrianski, is a poor keeper.

Southampton need to spend major come January, or they are back to the championship, probably pointless.

I think we just play well for one game and fall apart the next.

Man City - Did ok, Wigan - rubbish, Man Utd - did ok, Arsenal - rubbish.

I do however think we've had the hardest start for any team. We got Villa next so i expect at least a draw. Hopefully we'll get a better look at Ramirez too.

If we can't get results against teams like Villa, it doesn't bode well for the rest of our season or Adkins.

Arsenal yesterday wasted 3 points.

We 0wn3d City.

Now I am waiting for City owners to start making huge offers for Arsenal players.

City have spent more money in one transfer window than Arsenal did in 10 years.

Premier league need a wage and transfer cap or we will have the same 'paid-for-team' winning the league every season.

5-2 against Norwich today. Amazing game. Suarez net 3 goals..but missed that ONE. It was seriously a good game, I just hope it isn't false hope because in all honesty it was Norwich. While the prediction was 1-1, we outplayed them everywhere! HT possession was about 63% if i'm not mistaken? Can't wait for the next game

    • Microsoft kills AI-powered history search feature in Edge by Usama Jawad In June 2025, Microsoft began rolling out AI-powered history search functionality with Edge 138. The idea was simple: allow customers to use natural language phrases and synonyms to find their desired history items rather than matching keywords exactly. Although the company had already rolled out this capability in a phased manner, it has now decided to cancel it. In an update on its Microsoft 365 Roadmap, Microsoft has announced that it has decided not to move forward with AI-powered history search. The company has not detailed the exact reasoning behind this move, but it has apologized to customers for the inconvenience. The move is rather interesting as it seemingly could have improved user productivity. Edge users wouldn't have to worry about typos or exact keywords, and just focus on what they were trying to locate in their browser history. Microsoft had also assured users that an on-device AI model would be leveraged for this functionality, and no data would be sent to the cloud. IT admins also had the ability to control its availability through the EdgeHistoryAISearchEnabled policy. When the feature began rolling out last year, many of our readers called it creepy, noting that they couldn't trust Microsoft to keep their data on their device. Others also questioned its usefulness, saying that it's simply a way for Microsoft to insert more AI bloat into its products. Although the Redmond tech giant had stated that it will be more mindful about surfacing Copilot features in Windows 11 apps, we later discussed how this is mostly a rebranding exercise rather than an actual axing of AI functionalities. Indeed, a Microsoft executive later emphasized how they want to reshape Windows for the agentic AI era. That said, it does seem like at least AI-powered Edge history search isn't a part of that vision.
    • For you to jump on and defend your sweetheart? I agree, it didn't.
    • Not likely, of course, that we will see routine citizenship checks as they only involve compliance with existing federal voting laws already on the books for decades. This seems a non-issue entirely. Only fools would have the government rush headlong into an AI program few can understand or predict, or even debug...
