Does anyone have any recommendations for help desk ticketing software that works on Linux and supports PostgreSQL? I'm in need of an application that allows users to submit via email (and possibly web) tickets and that we can track our work. Another forum has recommended helpdesk software from IssueCentre but I want to see if there's anything cheaper out there.
If anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated.
