It is. It was written and produced by Patrice Wilson (the guy who pops up in the middle of the video and starts lip-syncing), one of the people who founded ARK Music Factory (the company that produced Friday). I think he made a lot of money off Friday, and it seems clear to me that he's purposely tried to create another awful song to try to create the same success he had with Friday (yes, even though it was universally panned, he was successful in that way). Ugh, this is painful to witness :/
