Change charm bar hover time

Just wondering if I can change the time threshold for hovering hot corners in Win8 to make the charms bar appear a bit quicker?

The left hot corners are okay, they show up instantly but when I hover the right corners it takes a little time to show the charms bar. I know this is normal but I'd like to shorten the time a little.

Perhaps in the registry? I had a look but I couldn't find anything.
