Thought I'd help but dont be so hot headed. Compliments of Y/C Be sure that you're not running the program right now. 1. Open reshacker.exe (If you don't have it go to http://rpi.net.au/~ajohnson/resourcehacker to get it). 2. Open the winamp.exe file located in your hard drive 3. Choose Action -> Replace icon and replace whichever icon of the list you find as the ugliest. :) 4. Choose "Save" and close reshacker. To make winamp show the new icon; 1. Open winamp and go to the preferences window 2. Choose the "display" option and select "System tray only" under the "Show Winamp in:" dialog and 3.
