how can i set object dock so it doesnt show windows which are open in my taskbar? also how can i set it to get my weather info? im in england so the post code isnt working with the download i did?

i guess you'll have to look on wincustomize or official stardock's site for that weather plugin.. no idea about the taskbar thing.. i used it once but no more..

hmmm most of the times only wallpaper and icons are shown, im more interested in how the windows look, because 99% of the time my wallpaper is covered by a window... i even run 2 monitors to fit all the windows... =)

For the taskbar, uncheck "Dock Taskbar Enabled" under the Dock Contents tab. As Honoriak stated, you will have to get one of the weather docklets, I like Judge's, from Wincustomize. Good luck.
