it's not worth it.

I have a 4 year warranty on this machine, 3 of which are remaining. If I modify any parts, the warranty is void. Also, it is very difficult as the mobo and PSU are propriety.

I really want to sell this computer. I don't need all this power, and the graphics card it going to waste, as I never play any games. A Celeron w/ 9600XT is good enough for me. Actually, If I can sell this computer for a good price, I might go buy a 2405fpw and a mac mini.

In any case (no pun intended), the dell doesn't look so bad. I am used to the subtle grey on black theme, as I own 4 current dell computers.

thats a pretty beefy system you got there, your in canda, and im guessing you want the top of the line mac mini which is about 1000$ right? and could maybe get liek 1900-2000 for that comp

@Sunday X. I know but I need to room to upgrade. I have loads of work to do on it and no money so it's slowly being upgraded. Mobo isn't priority though. First I want the internet, guild wars, new PSU, new mouse n keyboard and then a new monitor for bday n xmas.

Once all that's out the way I can start doing more unnecessary stuff, and by then I'll probably need more HDD space as well.

yeah but looks like you got a small atx board on a full size case. your upgrades dont even require space in your case. 4 5" slots, 6 rear slots, i dont know man, its just looks real weird.

I don't really need a top-of-the line anything . I just want something that can handle e-mail, word processor, music, movies and stuff. I don't care if it doesn't have games; thats what the xbox is for.

1900? for my computer? you gotta be kidding? Its almost brand-new and it's near top of the line. I was expecting at least 3000.

I just checked the price at dell.ca Right now, this computer computer costs $3458

I have had this computer for less than 2 months, and I know that computers depreciate 30% each year.

heres the math:

30 div 12 = 2.5

2.5 * 2 = 5

3458 * 1.15 = 3977

3977 * 0.95 = 3797

even after 2 months of depreciation, this machine is worth $3797 Canadian.

IK 47, I'm just curious why you bought a Dell PC and a Intel 64bit CPU opposed to a self build and an AMD Athlon 64?

    • I’m still using an Xbox One S, so time for an upgrade to play this but as much as I hate Sony, I think I’ll get the ps5 pro
    • I bought this game. Played it for an hour, and then got a refund from Steam. Not a fun game at all.
