Well the walls and carpet of my room are being re done, so since im gonna have to move everything out of the room next week, theres no reason to tidy up the wires, or mount the speakers anywhere...

I don't understand how some people can have their keyboard and mouse not facing the monitor... My neck would snap if i did that lol

Wow that is one dull LCD :s

On the contrary, it's too bright. I had flash on and it seems to have reversed the brightness.

I made a post in Hardware Hangout about how bright it was.

Sharque - The v25 is an awesome laptop mines the P4 2.8ghz 512mb ram 40gb hdd, i know theres the v25 lower down with 2.4, 256, 30gb which isnt so good.

I agree with you Mike, Mine has a 512mb Ram and 40Gb hd with a 2.4ghz P4 cpu and @ the time i got it it was pretty much the highest spec laptop you can get without paying serious money (got it early 2003) nearly 2 yrs ago!! Thats one cool laptop and Looks better than much more expensive laptops. At the downside battry life isnt too good as it uses a normal desktop P4 chip, the ibm thinkpad suits me better now and its much smaller, has decent battery life n lighter. If it wasnt for that id still be using the samsung  and my thinkpad has a mobile P4 chip @ 1.8ghz, a sacrifice i had to make. :(

MY V25's battery life is 3.5 hours soons goes down to like 2.7 ish when you watch a movie for about 50 minutes, but i mean I saw alot of ones for about ?800-?1000 with a battery life of 1 hour. I do like the 'nipple' on the think pads thoug:):)
