Does it have to be Halloween for ghosts to make themselves known? Those who believe in the existence of the supernatural certainly do not think so. Even those who may not believe that paranormal activity is real may find it difficult not to glimpse something mysterious in a video that is beginning to go viral.

Vanessa Bolano, a reporter for WGNO in New Orleans, did a story about the Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville, Louisiana. While inside the home on the plantation, Bolano does a traditional news standup, and she wraps up and heads back to the TV station to edit her piece.

The home that is situated on the Myrtles has been called one of the most haunted houses in America, and once Bolano looked through her footage, she discovered something eerie in one of the shots. Neither Bolano nor her videographer recalled seeing anything out of the ordinary while recording the footage.

Historically speaking, the Myrtles Plantation was first established in 1796 by Gen. David Bradford. Bradford inhabited the property by himself for several years. His family later joined him. Over the course of two centuries, many different people owned the property, and several died while in the home.

It is also believed that one of the owners had slaves who farmed cotton on the many acres surrounding the mansion. There have been several accounts of strange happenings on the property, and there has even been a book written about the home, "The Myrtles Plantation: The True Story of America's Most Haunted House."

Judge for yourself. What do you think the mysterious image in Bolano's video is?
