i dont get it. i'm in EST, but the games on sale today are the same as yesterday. the countdown clock even says over 25hrs left on these deals.

The new deals refresh at 1:00PM EST. The last days deals stay active for an extra 24 hours, so at 1PM today new deals will be featured, but the old one's will still be available for another day.

I had to End Process as it lagged it so bad. Great idea, awful execution. Do not load the entire damn database on one page. And if it turns out they were not (I never did get to see it in action) then it is horribly coded. Really good idea for a site, as I said, horrible execution.

Fine on my ipad...

I'm skipping this sale. I realised the other day that of all the games I've bought in steam sales over the past couple of years, I've only played about 30% of them. So I'm currently banning myself from buying any games until I've played most of the games I've bought in previous sales. By then the next Steam sale will be only weeks away, and the games I'm looking at today (Hitman mainly) will probably be in the sale again. :)

Same here. I was thinking about Borderlands 2 at 50% off but i'll never get around to it any time soon. Hopefully by Summer or even next Christmas it will be 75% off.

I'm surprised that I haven't found anything worth getting so far, normally there's at least a few games I'd want.

Same here. But I actually bought a few during the Thanksgiving sale. I see Origin has Mass Effect 3 for $15, that will probably be my only purchase this holiday.

hahaha and here we are again! So far only FEAR 3, wanna play it on my redone PC...hope to buy at least 3-4 more games by the time it's done. Wanted Darksiders 2, but it was still too pricey. Love the Steam sales though, always amazing!

I've only picked up a couple of games so far because I wanted to have them on Steam. Everyone else seems to have better prices than Valve this year. Just hoping for a 50% off or so on The Secret World. I passed on the Amazon deal because I'd like to have it in Steam. Maybe that was a mistake.

Got Blood Bowl and the Space Sandbox. Looked at the Tom Clancy pack and noticed the games are cheaper if you buy each separate then as a package.

I've noticed this a few times (see my post about the STALKER bundle a few pages back). It's pretty stupid :p

    • It's expensive, but I bet it will still sell out just like the Steam Deck and the Steam Controller
    • This is listed as a preview in WU for me. I usually don't grab them as previews; what's your opinion on it so far?
