Honestly, I say this thread should probably die now since some mods had to delete a bunch of posts. It's becoming tiresome with the arguing in this thread now.

I have a question for those who think the government is out to get them... why don't you leave? If I lived in a place where I thought my government was going to hurt me or other civilians as part of the "New World Order" I'd sure as hell get out of dodge.

ALSO.. if they're willing to kill innocent children to further "the cause"... why wouldnt they kill you for "figuring it out"? The fact you're still here posting about it means you're full of s***.

To answer your question, it's because many of my ancestors made many sacrifices (World War II, Civil Rights, etc.) so that I could have the opportunities and rights I have today. Also, because if government was going to hurt me I'd have the option to defend myself thanks to the 2nd Amendment. They can't exactly kill you (yet) for speaking your mind, because we have the 1st Amendment which is freedom of speech and religion. Slowly our rights have been eroding over the past century and we barely have any rights left, compared to the freedom of our ancestors.

I don't leave because I don't have to leave. It is my country and it was founded on the blood of my people. I have a civic duty to defend my rights from any threat to infringe upon them. Also, I'm sure the only option for people of other countries is to leave, because they have no way of defending themselves. There comes a point where talking or going through the system is pointless, since the system is corrupt. That's why you can try to stop it through as many peaceful means as possible; but if it comes to the worse, you have the option of fighting for your freedom with your arms.

That's why people aren't being killed and we don't have to leave. We're America. The example of wealth, happiness, free speech and private property. The example of freedom and pursuing your own destiny. That's why so many evil people hate us and try to drive our country into the ground. Because we're the last true example of freedom and there's no other nation like us in the entire world.

I hope that answers your question and pick some better words to use next time. You don't want to spread that ugliness.

If you truly believe your government did this, how can you possibly believe they wouldn't just off you too? It would, after all, be really easy for them to do.

Evidence for what? That he didn't kill himself? From many MP's relating to the inquiry to even foreign intelligence agencies stating that the circumstances didn't warrant suicide, you are saying that he did?

Guys just so you know. It's almost Christmas and I want everybody on Neowin to have a Merry Christmas.

That said, you never win when you're arguing with idiots. It's already been disproven that the anti-gun stance doesn't work and that argument was won (by me); but I disproved them wrong with such a strong and articulate argument, that it struck a nerve in a lot of (non-american) people and instead of countering my argument, which they couldn't, they ran and reported the post to somebody who deleted it and a bunch of posts in this thread. Therefore it's not worth anybody's time arguing in this thread anymore and I'll be the bigger person and bow out.

That said, have a Merry Christmas folks. I hope you all get lots of joy and cheer from the holidays and new years. I'm done with this thread (for now) and I hope you guys wrap it up.

Unless you have evidence that he was murdered, then yes, he killed himself. Just because some ministers and intelligence agencies say it didn't warrant suicide, doesn't mean that it wasn't.

Whether he killed himself or not I have no idea as I wasn't there and haven't seen the evidence. But just because I don't know, doesn't mean I'm going to pull some fairy tale answer out of my butt and claim he was murdered by some conspiracy.

If you want to claim differently, prove it.

I don't know who it was planned by, but it must have been.   In both Sandy Hook and the Dark Knight shootings someone must have pushed the mentally unstable people enough to carry it out.  Its a bit convienent that both shootings were carried out by those with mental health issues don't you think?

Politicians are real people like me and you. They have families, enjoy spending time with their kids. They do a job which get a lot of stick for and work their hardest doing it. I believe there is a lot of corruption inside public sectors, greed is a very powerful thing. Then again, if you think that these same politicians ordered innocent slaughtering on their own peoples children you've got another thing coming. These normal people wouldn't be able to live with themselves.

 

If projects like PRISM get out, why hasn't this? This would get out in a flash even if there was a shimmer of anything like this to hold truth. It would cause public demonstration like in Syria and Egypt.

 

I'd LOVE for conspiracy theorists to sit in a room and explain their stories to the families of the lost and politicians. You're being damn right disrespectful, and I bet you don't voice your opinion to anyone other than the matter of the public on the internet. You're being beyond disrespectful, for instance if you voiced me these opinions if we was having social drinks or a meal for instance, I'd damn right tell you to leave.

With that logic then you must never mention anything that kills someone...In fact...never speak, Alcohol kills, Tobacco kills, Planes kill, people have died from cardboard boxes...Does that mean we can't mention them in case someone gets upset? Freedom of speech > emotion

Answer me this then, if you was tasked authorising Sandy Hook to take place if it was organised. Could you do it?

 

My point is, these people are normal people, nothing on this scale can ever happen with how connected the world is today. The media would be having a field day if there was evidence to support this.

      Now 8GB of ram looks even worse in the Neo. I'm so happy I purchased 128GB of DDR 4 when I did.... paid $174. Upgraded my parents laptop to 32GB around the same time for $48. Luckily I have a TON of spare laptops. So i'm good on laptops for a while. I also have a lot of desktops too that I could use if i had to. Lets just hope nothing happens to my main 4 monitor couch workstation.

Apple has not changed the hardware or storage included with these models, so customers are simply paying more for the same configurations.
