Sandy Hook may have been planned along with the Aurora Batman shooting

Honestly, I say this thread should probably die now since some mods had to delete a bunch of posts. It's becoming tiresome with the arguing in this thread now.

I have a question for those who think the government is out to get them... why don't you leave? If I lived in a place where I thought my government was going to hurt me or other civilians as part of the "New World Order" I'd sure as hell get out of dodge.

ALSO.. if they're willing to kill innocent children to further "the cause"... why wouldnt they kill you for "figuring it out"? The fact you're still here posting about it means you're full of s***.

To answer your question, it's because many of my ancestors made many sacrifices (World War II, Civil Rights, etc.) so that I could have the opportunities and rights I have today. Also, because if government was going to hurt me I'd have the option to defend myself thanks to the 2nd Amendment. They can't exactly kill you (yet) for speaking your mind, because we have the 1st Amendment which is freedom of speech and religion. Slowly our rights have been eroding over the past century and we barely have any rights left, compared to the freedom of our ancestors.

I don't leave because I don't have to leave. It is my country and it was founded on the blood of my people. I have a civic duty to defend my rights from any threat to infringe upon them. Also, I'm sure the only option for people of other countries is to leave, because they have no way of defending themselves. There comes a point where talking or going through the system is pointless, since the system is corrupt. That's why you can try to stop it through as many peaceful means as possible; but if it comes to the worse, you have the option of fighting for your freedom with your arms.

That's why people aren't being killed and we don't have to leave. We're America. The example of wealth, happiness, free speech and private property. The example of freedom and pursuing your own destiny. That's why so many evil people hate us and try to drive our country into the ground. Because we're the last true example of freedom and there's no other nation like us in the entire world.

I hope that answers your question and pick some better words to use next time. You don't want to spread that ugliness.

Yeah, like the world hasn't ever been disrupted by the US's meddling in other countries affairs, amirite?

If you truly believe your government did this, how can you possibly believe they wouldn't just off you too? It would, after all, be really easy for them to do.

You're saying it like you have forgotten what happened to various people like Dr Kelly.

Evidence?

Evidence for what? That he didn't kill himself? From many MP's relating to the inquiry to even foreign intelligence agencies stating that the circumstances didn't warrant suicide, you are saying that he did?

Please. People who believe that everything is transparent and happens for the good of the nation are deluded.

Guys just so you know. It's almost Christmas and I want everybody on Neowin to have a Merry Christmas.

That said, you never win when you're arguing with idiots. It's already been disproven that the anti-gun stance doesn't work and that argument was won (by me); but I disproved them wrong with such a strong and articulate argument, that it struck a nerve in a lot of (non-american) people and instead of countering my argument, which they couldn't, they ran and reported the post to somebody who deleted it and a bunch of posts in this thread. Therefore it's not worth anybody's time arguing in this thread anymore and I'll be the bigger person and bow out.

That said, have a Merry Christmas folks. I hope you all get lots of joy and cheer from the holidays and new years. I'm done with this thread (for now) and I hope you guys wrap it up.

Unless you have evidence that he was murdered, then yes, he killed himself. Just because some ministers and intelligence agencies say it didn't warrant suicide, doesn't mean that it wasn't.

Whether he killed himself or not I have no idea as I wasn't there and haven't seen the evidence. But just because I don't know, doesn't mean I'm going to pull some fairy tale answer out of my butt and claim he was murdered by some conspiracy.

If you want to claim differently, prove it.

You know, when Obama wiped the tear from his eye(s) during the press conference I never saw an actual tear. His eyes looked pretty dry to me.

Oh goodie we can add to this conspiracy "Obama's fake tears".

You aren't that smart and you should quit while you're ahead. I notice you always drop by a thread to say the latest dumb sh**. You know nothing about the privileges we Americans are born with and the right to defend ourselves. I'm pretty sure your existence of being monitored by CCTV and getting arrested for talking bad about the royal family is pathetic. You should learn about the subjects you talk about before spouting the crap that comes out in your forum posts. You'd suck as a leader and a law maker. I had to say it.

Do people in the UK really get arrested for bad mouthing the royal family? Lmao.

lol... Now there is a conspiracy against you on this forum? Convenient your super great, convincing argument is nowhere to be found.

Our government, much like all governments around the world, are capable of anything.

I love the the U.S. govt. couldn't cover up ****in' Watergate, but now apparently they can cover up blowing up their own buildings and executing mass shootings. For goodness sake...

  • 6 months later...

I don't know who it was planned by, but it must have been.   In both Sandy Hook and the Dark Knight shootings someone must have pushed the mentally unstable people enough to carry it out.  Its a bit convienent that both shootings were carried out by those with mental health issues don't you think?

Why do they need to be pushed? If you're unstable you can create delusional worldviews and conspiracies in your own mind which prompt you to act insane. You don't need to convince a crazy person to act crazy.

Yeah you can be arrested :( the royal family should realise that they aren't as powerful or as great as they used to be.  Times have changed.  Can you really expect the royal family to stick with their country in a time of crisis? No.

So you mean to tell me that they just randomly decided to start shooting people?  I don't buy it.

What utter nonsense!

Well if she happened to be right in front of you at the time she probably would.

Okay I admit that was a pretty bad example.

Here's another one.   Say for example there was a massive tsunami that hit London, who do you think will get evacuated first?

Who do you conspiracy theorists think politicians are? You're making them out to be ex-special service veterans who've become mentally unstable so they're plotting mass-murder to cause new legislation. I mean seriously?

Politicians are real people like me and you. They have families, enjoy spending time with their kids. They do a job which get a lot of stick for and work their hardest doing it. I believe there is a lot of corruption inside public sectors, greed is a very powerful thing. Then again, if you think that these same politicians ordered innocent slaughtering on their own peoples children you've got another thing coming. These normal people wouldn't be able to live with themselves.

If projects like PRISM get out, why hasn't this? This would get out in a flash even if there was a shimmer of anything like this to hold truth. It would cause public demonstration like in Syria and Egypt.

I'd LOVE for conspiracy theorists to sit in a room and explain their stories to the families of the lost and politicians. You're being damn right disrespectful, and I bet you don't voice your opinion to anyone other than the matter of the public on the internet. You're being beyond disrespectful, for instance if you voiced me these opinions if we was having social drinks or a meal for instance, I'd damn right tell you to leave.

Wrong, you cannot be arrested for bad mouthing the queen etc, its freedom of speech

With that logic then you must never mention anything that kills someone...In fact...never speak, Alcohol kills, Tobacco kills, Planes kill, people have died from cardboard boxes...Does that mean we can't mention them in case someone gets upset? Freedom of speech > emotion

Answer me this then, if you was tasked authorising Sandy Hook to take place if it was organised. Could you do it?

My point is, these people are normal people, nothing on this scale can ever happen with how connected the world is today. The media would be having a field day if there was evidence to support this.

No but then again i couldn't kill 6 million jews or kill someone just because of their /race/creed/beliefs.... This world will always be filled with selfish people and psychotic people. I can't believe you asked that question when the US government is known for killing innocent women and children for oil....

    • And Microsoft got walloped on here for what they were charging for the new Surface book. Not looking as bad now. This was inevitable as they have to maintain those Apple margins.
    • Now 8GB of ram looks even worse in the Neo. I'm so happy I purchased 128GB of DDR 4 when I did.... paid $174. Upgraded my parents laptop to 32GB around the same time for $48. Luckily I have a TON of spare laptops. So i'm good on laptops for a while. I also have a lot of desktops too that I could use if i had to. Lets just hope nothing happens to my main 4 monitor couch workstation.
    • I will keep my current devices for several years... no planning in upgrading until these devices stop working. Too pricey.
    • Apple raises MacBook and iPad prices as memory costs surge by Karthik Mudaliar Apple has raised the U.S. prices of several MacBook and iPad models, including the MacBook Neo, which it launched for $599 less than four months ago. The company’s cheapest laptop now starts at $699, while some MacBook Pro configurations have increased by $300. The changes affect the MacBook Neo, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Pro. Apple has not changed the hardware or storage included with these models, so customers are simply paying more for the same configurations. Here is how the new US pricing compares with the previous starting prices: Product Previous price New price Increase MacBook Neo $599 $699 $100 13-inch MacBook Air, 512GB $1,099 $1,299 $200 14-inch MacBook Pro, 1TB $1,699 $1,999 $300 16-inch MacBook Pro $2,699 $2,999 $300 11-inch iPad Air, 128GB $599 $749 $150 13-inch iPad Air, 128GB $799 $949 $150 11-inch iPad Pro, 256GB $999 $1,199 $200 13-inch iPad Pro, 256GB $1,299 $1,499 $200 The updated prices are already appearing on Apple’s U.S. online store. The MacBook Neo increase will probably attract the most attention. Apple introduced the laptop in March for $599, pitching it as a more affordable Mac for students and buyers considering Windows laptops or Chromebooks. It uses an A18 Pro processor and originally undercut Dell’s new $699 XPS 13 by $100. Following the increase, the two laptops now have the same starting price. The M5 MacBook Air has also lost the price Apple promoted when it launched in March. The 13-inch model arrived with 512GB of storage for $1,099, while Apple’s store now lists the MacBook Air range as starting at $1,299. The 14-inch MacBook Pro with an M5 chip and 1TB of storage has gone from $1,699 to $1,999. Apple has made similar changes to its iPads. The recently released M4 iPad Air, which launched at the same $599 starting price as its predecessor, now starts at $749 for the 11-inch version. The 13-inch version has risen from $799 to $949. The iPad Pro increases are larger in dollar terms. Apple’s 11-inch M5 iPad Pro now starts at $1,199, up from $999, while the 13-inch version has moved from $1,299 to $1,499. Both base models still include 256GB of storage. Apple blamed the increases on the rapidly rising cost of DRAM and NAND flash, which provide system memory and device storage. The company told Reuters that it had tried to shield customers from the increases but could no longer absorb them. “We have never seen a component price increase this much, this quickly,” Apple said. Tim Cook had already warned that price increases were coming. Cook said Apple’s existing component inventory had softened the immediate impact, but that higher memory costs would increasingly affect the company after the June quarter. Much of the pressure comes from the construction of AI data centers. Memory manufacturers are directing more production toward high-margin server products, leaving PC, tablet, and smartphone makers competing for the remaining supply. Apple has not said whether the new prices are temporary or whether further increases are planned. For now, the changes show that even Apple’s purchasing power has not been enough to keep the AI-driven memory shortage away from consumer devices.
