We're already in the middle of the end of the era! Your argument is that if someone has enough money to buy out someone that has the smarts, that should be allowed. And if the indie developer doesn't capitulate they should be dragged through the courts for a period of time whereby they cannot afford the costs and give in to save them financial hardship.
