lruggier
I thought the galaxy s3 was amazing but it's NOT. WISH I GOT THE IPHONE 5. Unlike stupid Android, iPhones can easily do these common things: 1 large iTunes makes it easy to sync music with phone 2 Send MMS messages over wifi 3 Compress videos automatically so they can easily be sent in MMS messages or emails unlike android where you have to get an app to compress them and even then it sucks and can't be sent over MMS 4 take Panoramic Pictures 5 Use Emoji. The emoji keyboard for Android sucks and can send emoji but not view them they just show up as squares 6 ALSO updates come to so much faster, a DROID still can't use snap chat to the videos 7 WAAAY more accessories for iphones WISH I KNEW ALL THIS BEFORE I GOT MY S3
Grinch
Should've played with it at a retailer store for your carrier before buying it. Your own fault for committing to something without knowing exactly how it is.

ncoday
Dont feel sorry for you. Should have done research before getting the Galaxy S3. Those things you mention mean nothing to me. Love the big screen and ability to customize the keyboard The Evil Overlord 1 Share

Joshie
It amazes me that someone can know what video compression means but couldn't figure out panoramic shots have been available on every Galaxy S phone in the history of the Galaxy S brand. techbeck
WISH I KNEW ALL THIS BEFORE I GOT MY S3 That explains a lot about you as a consumer. Like someone said, the stuff you are bitching about and ragging on Android about you can do. Instead of winning and saying how bad something sucks, when you are obviously uninformed, you should of just asked for assistance. djdanster
1. I use Google Music sync and it works perfectly. I let the app gain access to my itunes library and then I can play the music from my phone, no hassle. 2. I don't know, have never wanted to use MMS. 3. Same as 2. 4. Ummm... you can take panoramic pictures. 5. Emoji works fine with a app. Must be a unique bug for you. 6. That is down to the manufacturer not Google. I admit, Samsung has been awfully slow with their updates; I should know as a SGS2 user :/ 7. That is the fault of the accessory companies no Samsung/Google. Please know who to blame! fusi0n
Well.. I'm sure OP is about to get flammed.. Let me say this.. I'm sure some of you read my thread a few weeks ago about me switching from an S3 to a iPhone 5.. (I owned 7 Smart Phones for the year 2012, just FYI.. not a fan boy for either.. I just like phones) The OP makes great points, 1 large iTunes makes it easy to sync music with phone :I found myself missing iTunes. I use Serato (DJ Software) and it relies on iTunes for Playlist. So this makes iTunes a great solution for me. Yes, I am very aware of the different apps that will sync iTunes to your android.. but it isn't as easy and requires extra steps.. the iPhone suites me best for this 2 Send MMS messages over wifi : I actually had this issues too.. 3 Compress videos automatically so they can easily be sent in MMS messages or emails unlike android where you have to get an app to compress them and even then it sucks and can't be sent over MMS :Yes, this was extreamly annoying 4 take Panoramic Pictures : 50/50 on this one.. there are ton of apps in the Play store that can do this for you.. but thats extra software, extra steps.. 7 WAAAY more accessories for iphones : Another HUGE factor for my and my Wife to go back to iPhones.. farmeunit
How about you do some research first? Just the fact that you mention a large iTunes library, iPhone should have been your first thought. I like Android much more than Apple. I only have an iPad 2, but I have to help people configure their phones a lot and see several Apples.
