Change search engine domain

I was traveling recently and was in Kuwait airport for couple of hours. I used the browser on my phone (Galaxy S3) and it automatically used google.com.kw as a search engine. Now I am back in U.S and the browser still using .kw google search. Is there a way to change it back to default google.com?

I tried doing the reset from advanced menu and clearing cache,cookies and locations

should be in settings/general at the top, or at least it is on the stock JB browser. Can change it to whatever i want.

didnt help.. I even deleted all browser data from settings>application. Still takes me to google.com.kw
