AbuLaila Ahmed Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 Hey There I am sorry i just saw this topic and i would love to give you a solution: in some company There's disabled The USB PORTS all of them for security and the efficiently in the work, anyway Go: 1- restart your machine 2 - Go to BIOS ( F2 or F3 or F10 or F12 or Delete) its different in each machine 3- once you are there go to Adcanced 4- with the keyboard arrow click down til' you reach "USB CONFIGURATION" 5- depends on the USB Ports you have Example you might see " LEGACY USB SUPPORT" make this one [AUTO] And "XHCI PRE-BOOT MODE" make this one [sMART AUTO] 6- SAVE and EXIT (you should SAVE) and there you go.
