Correct... once I get two mirrors uploaded, and get an eMule Hash (maybe a torrent, whoever is willing to make, post, and seed one for me, let me know)... the links (and new site) will be up. :)

Either way...What I really meant was that you had AP done, and just had to put it up for download and such...I'm stoked over the release.

Thanks, as always, for putting up the files on the Usenet groups. :D

I hate to ask this of you...

But when will it be live?

Still not released :(

It's bed time again. Another try tomorrow for me ;)

The waiting goes on....

Hey, if you're going to bed now, it'll definately be released before you get up. ;) Already got 1 working link for the Full, 1 for the Update, and 1 eMule link for the Update. Anyone who is willing to make me a torrent right now, and is on Cable (or somethin' similar), PM me and I may send ya a link to make it for me. :) Of course, that link can't be posted... not yet anyway...

Set it up correctly and the program is very good. Some things move along slower then others but honestly its a great program.

I've really never had the patience for that... I'd prefer to just stick to BitTorrent, in all truth, but if it comes to it, I'll use Overnet.

Will you post links/torrents here in the forum first...or will you post on the website first?

Same time... I have the download page of the site open and I'm adding the links to it. When I'm ready, I'll make a post and upload the new site at the same time. :D

OK people, we found a slight problem. Nothing major mind you. The Autorun was incorrectly edited (FLISHFUN!!!) lol dont worry about it man, you have a big frigin plate so it was a simple over sight. Its a very simple fix, but the question is, do you guys want to do some simple editing yourself? Or should we fix it and reupload to the servers? I know all of you want this real bad but keep in mind, not everyone visits this site, that uses it, and 2 it should be complete. Its up to you guys. What do you think????

The editing is simple, The menus file name was changed to Autopatcher Menu.exe as well as in the .inf for the autorun, well you can have a file name like that, with a space it has to be all one word or with an _ in order to work. Crazy. So you would have to rename the .exe and edit the .inf autorun file name.

    • I can name 10x that on why not to switch.... It's funny outlook/office are going towards web app wrappers, and then MS is now preaching native apps again.... ugh can we just pick a lane and stay in it
    • Absolutely NOBODY has suggested such a conclusion. I am affirming the sober reality check that AV2's overall market adoption will take longer than AV1's adoption rate -- which, by the way, is the whole point of the article! While PCI-SIG is productive (on paper), other WGs have created all sorts of confusing progress plans that consumers have tuned-out of their improvements... HTML/W3C, USB, HDMI, BT, WIFI (ieee802.11) as a few other groups where spec naming conventions, split progress paths, overlapping ambitions... I'm not critiquing the AV specs group; I'm simply affirming that adoption for AV2 faces headwinds beyond the macroeconomics of it all.
