Graphical IP Blocker

I had to rebuild my Linux box and I had a brilliant graphical IP Blocker, You know for P2P Downloads. I am not here to discuss the legality etc but I have lost it and cant remember where I got it. There seems to be alot of solutions but none are maintained or actively developed. This one was but I cant for the life of me remember what it was. I tried to build PeerGuardian for Linux but cant get that to work. Any ideas what it might have been or anyone offer any solutions. I don't mind too much if I have to build it from Source but I would prefer the package name....Running on Ubuntu 13.04........Cheers Guys :D

If you want this capability on a system level (not in a specific application), I know it's possible to do using iptables, but I have never specifically looked for software that updates iptables rules based on lists. Fail2ban does something fairly similar (using iptables), but it is not list based or graphical.

If you only want IP blocking in your torrent client, both Deluge and Transmission support blocklists. Deluge does it via a plugin (which is installed by default), and Transmission has the capability natively. Unfortunately Transmission's support was lackluster last time I checked and only supported one blocklist at a time.

Deluge's plugin isn't enabled by default to the best of my knowledge, you need to enable it in preferences.

There are some really good lists out there: http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/level1.gz <- That's the one I use (it has uses outside of illegit P2P).

I used to have a similar application for my bastion host, but I also lost it :| I'll be watching this thread with interest >.<

I have found it was PeerGuardian Linux but as of now it is not in the 13.04 Repos I had to build it from source.
