On closer inspection, it's fake.  Or rather, the audio is. Look at her mouth whilst she's screaming.  It's either not moving at all, or she's yelling something totally different to the audio.

What's that got to do with her mouth clearly not moving when the audio has her screaming and shouting?  Are you going to claim it's out of synch? Because the crash of the glass is in perfect time with it shattering...

 

Even the comments on the vid say it's overdubbed.

Nah, pretty sure that's a dub - or at least part of it.

 

Sound effects of her growling seem to have a different audio quality to them, not to mention everything she says and threatens syncs up perfectly with the action... but not her mouth?!
