the numbers seem to be a bit off

12,000 in 30 years

that about 400 per year

as he doesn't eat those in sunday, which mean he heat about 400 Big Mac in span of 313 days.

thats about: 1.28 Big Mac/day, its quite low.

is that amount of Big Mac per day can really handle his daily calories needs?

Each time he said "Beef" I giggled a little. Beef. Beef. Beef.

I didn't. :ermm:

yeah because corporate always telling the truth...

Pretty sure it's totally illegal to tell lies like that, and what with Americans being so litigation happy (yes, I know that was in Canada), they would be getting sued into oblivion for that ****.

People are unaware that they have long since changed their ingredients and processes, and so continue to demonise their products.

That's like $60,000 of Big Mac's... could have put that toward a house, a fancy car or two... what a waste.

Spending money on food is a waste? if it was smoking or something else which is non-essential I'd understand but food?

i dunno where you guys eat your Big Macs (as in, in which country), but in my country the meat is not only certified by the meat producers association but there's also national meat as well, which helps the economy; also the burgers are very delicious but depends on the franchise; certain franchises are more empties and so they have more time to better prepare the burger; others are incredible full at almost all times and so the quality decreases.

On Topic: you guys seem to ignore the fact that this man eats only a Big Mac per day, nothing else; that's very low on calories (the generic recommended daily dose is 2k calories for man and slight less for a woman) and it wont make you fat; the only problem is that he's not getting all the nutrients that he need with this kind of food (also the article clearly says that). Having said that last year i worked for a client for a whole week in their organization; there was nothing near to eat lunch, so i went to Macdonald's every day; after that week i was completely fed up of eating that kind of food. :x

Variety is great.

If the guy bought 50 bucks in ground beef once, he'd be able to make his own big macs a few times over than the same price he's paying for McDonalds to make it. He spends the same amount of big macs a month that I do in 3 months of grocery shopping.

One of the guys at work bought this steak dinner thing in a box, and I noticed it said "100% Beef" on it. I was dubious... Upon further inspection it actually said "100% Beef Taste"

.. urrggggggg!

Clearly you have not visited McDonald's lately. :p

I kid, I kid.

I was there Sunday -- spent a whole dollar and six cents on a chicken sandwich.

And you are lucky if they don't screw that up. :p

I quite enjoy McDonald's. They have turned into a great place (as long as you keep it in moderation). I'm usually there every day in the morning for just a coffee, but the new quarter pound BLT is amazing.

Also, here in Canada there are very strict regulations on beef, and that video is 100% true. I know someone who works at a meat processing plant that ships all their beef to McDonald's and that place is as clean as a lab.

    • Ridiculous claim that the labor cost difference of $6000 annually would increase cost per phone by $200. The employees produce 3 phones per month or what?

    • And I just bought a seat cushion for my mesh chair. The chair feels nice but the first time I sat in it with boxers, I realized I don't like the feel of mesh on my legs. 😂
