can someone program this?

if only i could program ... i would want this:

The IP i am assigned by my ISP is dynamic ... i am wondering if someone can program a little thing where i can get an email to my hotmail account with my new IP everytime it changes.

This way, when i am away from home and want to log into my computer, i will know the current IP.

please, if someone can do this for me it would be so much help!

you can configure it to send email w/ your ip.

or update webpage.

or better yet, get dynamic dns service.

you can have something like uiop.silly.net;) always resolve to your dynamic ip
