Outlook, display all flag to-do of multiple mailboxes

Question

I have a question... when logged in in Outlook 2010 I can flag mails from my default inbox/email-address as to do (and they appear red flagged in my to-do pane.

However, when I have multiple mailboxes in my Outlook (left side) and I flag one of those mails (not default email-account), they do not appear in my to-do pane.

Is there some workaround/tool which can do this and let all flagged emails from other mailboxes see in my Outlook pane?

Being that your Tasks list is tied to your specific account, generally (in my case at least) the Task list only displays tasks that are associated with your default profile. I have not seen a way to have the task list display tasks from other accounts.

There is a way to view the tasks from all of your accounts though. At the bottom next to the Folder icon there should be an icon that looks like three dots, if you click that and then select Tasks it shows tasks from all of your attached accounts in outlook.

I think should be able to. Right click your followup search folder and choose customize.

From there on you can select all the folders that the search will track followups. I only have 1 account in my profile so i can't be sure it allows multiple folders but i think it would allow you since it's only a search folder?
