Tech Geek Alex Posted December 14, 2013 Share Posted December 14, 2013 As zhangm said the minidump would be helpful, but based on what you posted so far, have you run a checkdsk on your hard drive? Code 7a (1st line of what you posted) has come back in the post as error ready hard drive sector from my experience.
