The Neowin Digital Photo Gallery

Recommended Posts

Just picked up my first digital camera last night (HP R707). Actually it's my first camera worth over $50 :p . Haven't got to play with it too much yet, just random pics arround my apartment.

Here's one of my cat:

And one of the view from my deck playing with the panorama software:

I'm impressed that the HP R707 can take semi-decent pics, I heard it was a vast improvement to their camera line, but that's actually surprisingly good.

Yeah, I never would have thought about buying an HP camera. I always thought when I finally got a digital camera, it would be a Canon or Nikon. But I asked here for suggestions and a lot of people were recommending this one. I read the reviews and they were all good and the features just looked awesome for a beginner like me. I couldn't be happier with it. I'm glad I got it over the Canon.

hehe good guess, but its only our rented house for uni, lucky we are not under any flight path/landing path so you cant even hear them

hummm 10 miles from Heathrow could be Uxbridge, Harrow, Slough, or maybe near that big Ikea! lol (that almost rhymes)

Oooh very close, South Ruislip maybe? :p

Hello!

I'm glad that you liked my gallery.

Yes, that photo is real... No digital manipulation.

It was taken on the beach during the sunset.

Those wooden logs are there for physical exercise (you grab on and swing between them).

Sorry if I'm leaving some english errors...

Anyway - took this sky shot the other night and thought it looked amazing so thought i'd share :)

?:?:no:o: Don't show people's licence plates. If I publish something, I would open it in Paint, select the rectangle tool, pick a colour, and drag it over the plate:argue:e:

Just 'cos I got someone sending me lotsa letters, don't want somebody else getting that too.

All viewable numberplates erased. I'd remove the plates of uncommon cars when putting them on the net, but come to realise there isn't much point when the car in question is a 206. There are bloody loads of them around, so if anyone is going to steal the plate and use it on a similar car they just need to look down the road to find a 206!!
