ESPN Radio App - live channels/streaming not working for months!

The live streaming on the ESPN Radio app hasn't worked in months. I even have had a case open with their support staff for over a month now. Initially they couldn't even figure out I had a Windows Phone because apparently their default response is for their iPhone app. Other people seem to have the same issue - see the reviews at the link.

Has any one here found a way around this problem? I have to ask since ESPN apparently has no clue. Thanks.
