So I think I've make my mind 

 

instead of the previous RAM i will go to  -> Gskill Ripjaws DDR3-1600MHz 2x4GB (F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM)

and the MB was a mistake i didn't notice it was mini atx , so i will go for the normal :)
