Annoying problem...

I have a wierd problem and its a pain in the arse...Everytime I go thru winamp to add files (Smaller folder explorer) the files are not in ANY kind of order, everytime I go in there I click Arrange Icons By -> Type, and close it or add files, when I go back its jumbled in the same wierd order..Can anyone gimme a hand, Im sure its a minor problem that can be fixed in a few clicks..thanks guys

hmm what versioin of winamp are you using?

maybe try resetting folder settings. it sounds like it doesn't remember the settings.

I'm using Winamp 5, but it only happens on that 'Add file' on Nero Express, Winamp, Windows media player etc, not when u open 'my computer'

ah, well I don't think that the order of that can be permanently changed, unless theres a registry hack for it, but the usual order that is displayed is the order in which the files are shown in the folder itself.

It's working...less than a minute after last post...I went to folder properties and unclicked remember folder settings, then applied, then reclicked it and applied it and now its fine...BOOYA!!!!!
